Eligibility Criteria

U-Turn is a motor program. Is your client interested in automotive mechanics, panel beating and spray painting? The learning of these skills is central to the program. If your client isn’t interested in these areas, it might not be a suitable choice. If they are interested, U-Turn is much more likely to work for your client.

Offending History

Does your client have an offending history/or are they at risk of offending? U-Turn aims to support clients change their offending behaviour.

Health

Does your client have a medical condition that may affect their ability to use power tools safely? An example of this would be epilepsy. Epileptic seizures are sometimes triggered by the use of welders.

Risk Management

Information about your client’s possible mental health issues and/or drug and alcohol dependence etc. will assist in our efforts to support your client.

Other Support Services

It is important for us to identify other services that are involved with your client so that we don’t duplicate work and can collaborate to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
